Sanjay joined the wine industry in 1999 and is a Certified Sommelier (First Sommelier Accreditation in Asia) by Court of Master Sommeliers. He holds an advance certificate (distinction) in wines & spirits from Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET, UK), and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from Society of Wine Educators (SWE).

- Wine Educator - Gill Gordon-Smith
- Having grown up surrounded by vines in Mclaren Vale, Australia, Gill has gone on to become an advanced educator on the subject.She is now the intructor for Wine & Co. WSET Level 3 Distance Learning Program. Gill is a certified advanced educator with the Wine and Spirits Education Trust of London. She teaches wine education for TAFE SA and several other hospitality colleges around Australia. She recently became Australia’s first Certified Specialist of Wine (Society of Wine Educators), the leading organisation of professionals dedicated specifically to wine education.
