As part of Wine&Co's Event/Logistics services, we were engaged by the organiser in managing the full logistics of the Wine Bar for that evening. The objective of the wine bar was not only to provide a beverage option for the distinguished guests and also to participate in the charity drive for the WOF (World Orphanage Fund). Wine&Co was proud to be part of this meaningful event in which part of the sales proceeds were contributed to the WOF.

Our scope of work for this project included: Wine selection, Wine list design (layout/pricing), Design of Wine Bar poster for awareness, provision of the appropriate steam ware/glassware, provision and management of professional uniformed wait staff, wine bar service and post-event inventory management, costing report.
